i)		Certified copies of academic certificate(s);
ii)		Acknowledgement letter of completion of studies (for graduating students);
iii)		Certified copies of academic transcripts or records;
iv)		Essay on Personal and Academic Background and Statement of Purpose;
v)		Any other relevant documents/ professional qualifications.
